I tried that (right click on the gta-vc on game folder then properties) in xp and win98 modes but now the screen resizes almost like it will run but then returns to the normal resolution and the game doesn't start. Tried open with the play button and with the gta-vc in the game folder. Running Win11 up to date on a Lenovo L14 with Ryzen 3 Pro.

I'm having problems with the mouse sensitivity in GTA: Vice City. As default it's very sensitive, and when I lower the sensitivity, only the x-axis is changed - the y-axis is still as fast. This makes aiming completely impossible. Bought the game from Steam yesterday. Running Windows 7, AMD Phenom II 955, 4GB DDR3, HD Radeon 4850, Logitech G500
